Lisa’s passion in life is all about sharing her dominant gifts – energy, insight and organization, or as colleagues and clients describe, she can “color-code chaos.” With over 35 years of healthcare clinical management and human resources expertise, Lisa’s background includes recruitment, employee and leadership development, workforce planning and development, career management, and quality improvement. She has designed and implemented clinical and HR talent management programs, designed and delivered customer service and leadership development training targeting specific organization business outcomes.
